1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MatchDays you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1b. Markedsføringssamtykke
Hvis du under oprettelsen aktivt afkrydser feltet for markedsføringsmails, giver du samtykke til at modtage nyheder, tips, konkurrencer og tilbud om fodbold, fantasy-spil og MatchDays pr. e-mail. Samtykket er frivilligt og kan til enhver tid trækkes tilbage — enten via afmeldingslinket i bunden af hver mail eller via indstillingerne på din profil. Tilbagetrækning påvirker ikke din konto eller adgang til spillet.
2. The service
MatchDays is a free-to-play fodboldmanager game. You build a virtual squad, compete in private or public leagues and earn points based on real-world match data.
3. Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for your account, your chosen username and your activity on the platform. Abusive behaviour, cheating or attempts to disrupt the service may result in suspension.
4. Independence and Intellectual Property
MatchDays is an independent football manager game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Serie A, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, UEFA, FIFA, or any other football league, federation, club, player, agent or rights holder.
All player names, club names, fixtures and statistics referenced in the game are used solely for informational and identification purposes within a sportsmanager context, and are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
MatchDays does not use official club crests, league logos, federation marks, official player photographs, broadcast footage or any other copyrighted visual assets belonging to leagues, clubs, federations or rights holders. All visual identity, branding and player imagery used in the app are original works produced by or for MatchDays, including AI-generated cartoon-style illustrations.
The MatchDays name, logo, designs, illustrations, copy, code and underlying database structure are the intellectual property of MatchDays and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on MatchDays infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review and act on the request promptly.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
MatchDays is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data shown will be accurate at all times.
5b. Præmier og konkurrencer — indløsning
Følgende vilkår gælder for alle præmier og konkurrencer på MatchDays, uanset liga eller sæson. Ved deltagelse i en konkurrence accepterer du disse betingelser.
- Alle præmier udleveres som gavekort eller fodboldrejser fra FanDays.
- Alle præmier skal indløses senest 6 måneder efter udstedelsesdatoen.
- En præmie anses som indløst, når vinderen har booket sin fodboldrejse hos FanDays. Selve afrejsedatoen må gerne ligge efter de 6 måneder.
- Præmier kan ikke ombyttes til kontanter.
- Præmier kan ikke forlænges efter udløbsdatoen.
- MatchDays/FanDays forbeholder sig retten til at tilbyde en tilsvarende præmie, hvis en specifik rejse eller destination ikke længere er tilgængelig.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
